Head:
Strongly and big, but in porportion to the size of the dog. Head muscles are unusually well developed, especially the jaw muscles.
Skallen er bred, men bliver smallere mod øjenen og har omtrent samme mål fra inderste øjenkrog til nakke, som fra øre til øre. Panden er godt hvælvet, og hovedet er beklædt med meget blødt, silkeagtigt hår, ikke blot som en "top-knot".
